He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Parpart and Ida Parpart (Iverson); his wife Beulah; and his siblings, Barbara Anderson (Leon), Lyle Parpart (Lucille), Floyd Parpart (Florance), Ralph Parpart (Romona), Howard Parpart (Luellen), Edward Parpart (Mae), Roy Parpart, Joan, Doris and James.
He is survived by : his children, Neil Charles (Anita), Ned Alan (Linda) and Donna Merrill (Steve); his grandchildren, Allen Merrill (Kaydie), Teresa Merrill, Hannah Jones (Mike), Cavan Parpart, Melissa Parpart and Daniel Parpart; his great grandchildren, Eli, Easton, Emree and Ean Merrill; and his sisters-in-law, Mae Parpart and Lucille Parpart.
