It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Luther Rootes (Sidney, Montana), born in Hibbing, Minnesota, who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ardelle Rootes and Luther Rootes; and his siblings, Carol and Kim. He is survived by : his wife Sue Rootes of Fargo, ND; his children, Dan Rootes (Kristal), Jennifer Rootes (Dan) of Fargo, ND, Jason Rootes (Michelle) of Wasilla, AK and Sarah Hegel (Nick) of Beach, ND; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Alexandria, Patrick, Lindsay, Cash, Linken, Lukas and Lizzie. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
