She was predeceased by : her parents, Clair Kerbaugh and Mabel Kerbaugh (Allen); her sister Alice; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Kerbaugh, Joanne Kerbaugh and Ike Hartsoch.
She is survived by : her husband Vernon Soine; her sons, Aaron Soine (Marie) of Ray, ND, Noble Soine (Deneille) of Ray, ND, Kevin Soine of Ray, ND, Barry Soine (Glenda) of West Fargo, ND, Keith Soine of Williston, ND and Steven Soine (Roxie) of Broomfield, CO; and her siblings, Byron Kerbaugh of Kenmare, ND and Beverly Filkowski of Watford City, ND. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
