He was predeceased by : his parents, George Woodhall and Rose Woodhall. He is survived by : his wife Holly LaFond; his children, Dylan, Kade, Rhet and Adie Rose; and his siblings, Tammy Fode (Ron), Steve Woodhall (Barb) and Robyn Woodhall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and beloved family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established under the Woodhall name at Stockman Bank, Stanford Montana.
