We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2021, at the age of 79, Jack Hayes of Stockett, Montana, born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Hayes to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hayes and Elsie Hayes; his wife Doris "Becky" Hayes; his siblings, Carl and Elaine; and his great grandchild Penelope Ann.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack, Doug (Carmaine), Kelly (Kimberly) and Brian (Shelly); and his brothers, Ronnie and Roger Hayes. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
