She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Chapman and Electa Davey (Elmer); and her children, Carolyn Hornung and Clayton Hornung. She is survived by: her husband Elmer W. Hornung; her daughter Deborah Calvert; her children-in-law, Richard Calvert and Darlene Price; and her grandchildren, Tim Hornung (Katie), Tammy Bruha (Don), Julie Hornung, Ben Calvert (Claudene) and Brian Calvert. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces nephews and friends.
