He is survived by: his daughter Keizer Stephen; his wife Rebecca; his daughters, Michelle and Sarah; his stepchildren, Annika, Aaron and Bryan; his grandchildren, Marissa, Ezekiel, Allison, Nehemiah, Samantha, Emerik, Kayne and Elizabeth; his mother Suzanne Stephen; his sister Tina Ramsey of Stockton, CA.; and also, Portland, Whitehall and Salem.
