He was predeceased by : his parent Ronald W. Hull; and his grandparents, Glen, Elaine Hull and Norberto. He is survived by : his significant other Michelle Hix; his pets, Samson and Delilah; his daughters, Ashley and Ivy; his stepchildren, Jesse, Rebecca and Faith; and his siblings, Clay Hull, Kenny, Trevor Cheek and Brianna Cheek (Kim Cheek). He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
