She was predeceased by : her parents, Ira "Jack" Fulk and Mary Ruth Key Fulk. She is survived by : her husband Larry Blackburn; her children, Deric Blackburn and Stephanie Ashby (Andy); her grandsons, Andrew Ashby and Logan Ashby; her sister Sheila Cox (Bobby); and also, Miranda, Zachary and Ashleigh Stafford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
