He is survived by : his stepfather Thomas Lynwood Smith (Woody); his brother Scott Johnson (Jimmi Anne); his stepsiblings, Alice Trexler (Charlie), Sarah Smith and Lynwood Smith (Allie); his nephew Trevor Johnson; his nieces, Barret and Sterling Trexler; and his significant other Heather Pinnix.
