She was predeceased by : her parents, Thurman Perry White and Geneva Castelloe White; her brothers, Thurman Tracy White and Tommy Jordan White; and her great grandchild Layla.
She is survived by : her husband Julian; her children, Shelia Blowe Davis (Marty) of Ahoskie, Julian "Jay" Walker Blowe, Jr. (Cathy) of Ahoskie and Thurman Scott Blowe (Leigh-Ann) of Ahoskie; her grandchildren, Kelly Gauthreaux of Ahoskie, Reagan Askew (Joshua) of Askewsville, Madison Blowe of Ahoskie, Kristin Barnett (Bubba) of Trenton, Megan Bailey of Eure, Ryan Blowe of Ahoskie and Aaron Holloman (Brandee) of Harrellsville; her great grandchildren, Liam, Addison, Aiden, Joshua, Caleb, Kaileigh, Kolbi, Cutler, Rylee, Nova and Brevyn; and her sister Julie Williams of Ahoskie. She is also survived by her family and friends.
