It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James O. Rountree Jr. (Ahoskie, North Carolina), born in Hertford, North Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2019, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent James Oliver Rountree; and his stepbrother Chuck Coggins. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Futrell McKenzie of Sebastian, FL; his aunt Sondra Salter of Sunbury, NC; and his stepsisters, Debbie Rhodes of Tennessee, Gina Suttles of Florida and Patricia Perez of Florida.
Due to the unexpected death of Jim, the family is asking that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to help with the final expenses for Jim.
