He is survived by: his mother Laverne Hall Toliver of Ahoskie; his daughter Brea Toliver of Maryland; his brother Tony DeWayne Toliver (Kathleen) of Columbia, SC; and his sibling's children, Rahsheed, Prince Toliver, Shaelyn and Toni Toliver. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family.
