She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman R. Lowder and Kathryn Fink Lowder; and her sister-in-law Linda Lowder. She is survived by: her nephew Rev. Keith Lowder; her children, Kathy Connell (Troy) of Albemarle, Stephanie Coley (Danny) of Aquadale and Phillip Fesperman (Karen Albee) of New London; her grandchildren, Justin Connell (Bridgit), Nathan Connell (LeAnne), Gus Fesperman, Clay Fesperman, Abby Fesperman, Josh Coley, Jackson Coley and Alyssa Coley; her great grandchild Nathan Gaddy; and her brothers, Norman A "Tony" Lowder (Martha) of Albemarle, Douglas Lowder (Loraine) of Albemarle, Dwight Lowder (Teresa) of Albemarle and Don Lowder (Judy) of Weddington. She is also survived by her three children.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions be made to Friendship United Methodist.
