It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Lambert Lowder (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Edgar Lambert; her husband Jack Hokes Lowder; and her daughter Gloria L. Smith. She is survived by: her parent Lucretia Whitley Lambert; her daughters, Connie Hudson (Ronald) of Albemarle, NC, Cindy Russell (Kevin) of Albemarle, NC and Sandy Page (Charles) of Albemarle, NC; and her sister Louise L. Wagner (Donald Wagner) of China Grove, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
