We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2020, at the age of 79, Bennie Ray Smith of Albemarle, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Smith and Ruby Andrews Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Hatley Smith; his sons, Reggie (Cindy), Bobby, Mark (Cecila), Michael (Susan) and Chris (Denise); and his siblings, Lee (Christine), Tommy (JoAnn), Richard (Jean), David (Penny) and Carolyn Miller. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
