She was predeceased by: her parents, Shellie Springer and Mary Gurley Springer; her husband Gerald Michael; and her sisters, Lois Kendrick, Louise Whitley, Gracie Spivey and Dorothy Shaver.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Michael (Sarah) of Albemarle and Wanda Lowder (Donnie) of Albemarle; her sister Cecile Bowers of Norwood; and her grandchildren, Ashley Lowder, Stacy Lowder, Melissa Pittman, Terri West, Joshua Hughes and Jeremy Edwards. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
