We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Billy Biggers (Albemarle, North Carolina). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Monroe Biggers and MaeBelle Starnes Biggers; and his daughter Kathy Biggers Kimrey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Biggers; and his daughters, Cynthia Ann Carlson, Jo Biggers Harward (Michael) and Tammy Sue Biggers. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Heart Association or Cancer Society, or Hospice.
