She was predeceased by: her parent Lonnie Winfred James; and her husband Carrol Foster. She is survived by: her parent Lila Mae Newsome James; her daughter Misty Dick Vaughn (Steve) of Locust, NC; her grandson Matthew Vaughn; her siblings, Lewis James (Brenda) of Albemarle, NC and Carol Shank of Albemarle, NC; and her stepchildren, Richard Foster (Patty) of China Grove, NC and Carol Jo Benoy (Jack) of Albemarle, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren.
