He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Levern Collins and Caroline Davis Collins; and his wife Wanda Talbert Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Collins Dean (John) of Albemarle, NC and Melody Tucker of Albemarle, NC; his brother Robin Collins of Richfield, NC; his grandchildren, Tiffany Parker (Steve), Riley Tucker and Kierra Tucker; and his great grandchild Tobias Parker.
