He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Clark and Martha Clark; and his siblings, Jeffrey (Clark), Dexter Clark, Cassandra Clark-Parker and Meshelle Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Clark; his grandson Martavius "Rusty" Parks; his stepson Quantis Parker; his siblings, Tonya Clark of Albemarle, Clyde Clark "Steve" of Maury County, Jessie "Boonk" and James Clark of Charlotte; his aunts, Catherene Wall (Clarence) of Norwood, Elizabeth "Seal" Taylor of Brooklyn, NY and Catherine Ollie Clark of Albemarle; his uncle Phillip Clark (Sarah) of Albemarle; and his brother Henry "Hen" Harris (Denice). He is also survived by great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
