He was predeceased by: his parent Martin L. Drye; and his siblings, Charles F. Drye, Gary M. Drye and Judy Elizabeth Sheppard. He is survived by: his parent Ruby May McDuffie Drye; his son Donald Kent Drye, Jr. of Concord, NC; his brother Mike Drye of Albemarle, NC; and his granddaughter Autumn Nicole Drye.
