He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Jenkins and Carrie Davis Jenkins; his former wife Mary Catherine "Punk" Miller Jenkins; his wife Mildred Ingold Jenkins; and his grandson Jody Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda J. Fesperman (Edward) of Albemarle and Donna J. Hunt (Todd) of New London; and his stepchildren, Melisa E. Isenhour (Chuck) of Norwood and Jeffrey Dean Efird of Norwood. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
