She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hadley Stutts and Ida Jane Reeder; and her husband Cletus Monroe Lowder. She is survived by: her children, Rita Helms (Bobby) of Albemarle and Mike Lowder of Albemarle; her grandchildren, Stacie Wilson (Tommy), Hollie Rushing (Jimmy) and Justin Lowder (Brandy); and her great grandchildren, Lexie, Jett, Jayde and Lacey.
