It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Burleson of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrite Burleson and Vergie Crowell Barbee. He is survived by: his wife Della Hall Burleson; his sister Julia Ann Ridenhour; his children, Tevis Burleson, Terri Stallings (Craig) and Tracy McPherson (Joel); his grandchildren, Josh, Kacie, Katlyn, Melissa and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Cali, Kaiden, Kilyn and Sadie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Home Care & Hospice of Troy.
