He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Holt and Addie Mae Davis Holt; and his wife Rose "Peggy" Furr Holt. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Holt Hill (Kenny) of Albemarle, NC and Karen Holt Hahn (David) of Albemarle, NC; his grandchildren, Brett Jamison Hill (Kendra), Carl Jackson Hill (Sadie), Dillon Lee Hahn (Samantha) and Kara Hahn Hatley (Tim); and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Ashton and Ruby.
