It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Furr (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on July 25, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Vernon Calvin Furr; her daughter Shirla Furr Winslow; her sisters, Apalonia Harwood, Mazelle Lawhon and Juanita Hopkins; her son Vernon Eugene "Gene" Furr (Rilla) of Albemarle; and her grandchildren, Rodney Furr (Leslie), Ginger Brewer (Franklin), Thomas Furr (Kayla), April Harryman, Chris Drye, Summer Drye and Angelia Gaye Layton.
