She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Almond of Albemarle; her daughter Shannon Tucker (Bennett); her grandchildren, Bennett Jr (Allison) and Dillon; and her siblings, Saundra Smith, Bonita Bloodworth (Robert) and Richard Deas (June).
