He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Fisher Burleson and Zelma Ellen Yow Burleson; and his brother Billie Ray Burleson. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Howell Burleson; his children, Raedell B. Gardon (Jenda) and Charles D. Burleson (Grace); his grandchildren, Mandy Gardon, Brittany Gardon, Whitney G. Caudle (Dustin) and Charles Phillip Burleson; his great grandchildren, Brody and Bristol; his brother Ray Von Burleson; and his sister-in-law Betty Jean Burleson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
