It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Helms (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on January 21, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Lee Helms; and her brother McClain Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Hudson (James) of Albemarle; her grandchildren, Kelly Hudson (Angie) of Albemarle and Johanna Hudson; her great grandchildren, Baylee Baldwin (Jesse), Rachel and Angel Hudson; and her great great grandchild Xander Baldwin.
