He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilson Long and Maggie Mescitous Watkins Long; his wife Mary Elizabeth Furr Long; his siblings, Lee Roy Long, James Robert Long, Reece Jackson Long, Johnnie Long Thompson and Lucy Malinda Long; and his grandson Travis Huneycutt.
He is survived by: his daughter Tana Long Huneycutt (Dywayne); his siblings, Fred, Ray, Geneva Hartsell, Martha Efird, Frances Campbell, Linda Troutman and Mary Taylor; his grandchildren, Whitney Long Roach (Zach), Braxton Blaine Long (Meredith), Casey Huneycutt and Daniel Huneycutt; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Jon Roach, Ellie Kate Long and Weston Jon Roach.
