He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hinson and Mary Victoria Hahn Hinson. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Carol Burleson Hinson; his children, Ronnie E. Hinson (Freida) of Albemarle and Misty Hinson Hamilton (Ricky) of Albemarle; his brothers, Max Hinson of Albemarle and Robert Hinson of Salisbury, NC; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Barbee (Jon) of Albemarle, Dane Hinson (Katie) of Albemarle, Brandon Hamilton (Jessie) of Polkton, NC and Brooke Scott (Travis) of Oakboro, NC. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
