He is survived by: his parents, Arie Robey and James Neel; his wife Kathryn Hale Neel; his daughters, Deborah Maya (Vic), Kathryn Neel (Mark Skelton), Joanne Hesley, Linda Maloney (Mike) and Elizabeth Neel (Chip Taylor); his grandchildren, Sky Maya, Sarah Maya, Will Skelton, Elizabeth Skelton, Daniel Coggins, Charlie Coggins, Melanie Huneycutt (Bradley), Andrew Maloney, Julie Rutledge (Ty), Kalyn Rush, Jack Rush, Lauren Rush, Claire Maloney, Carole Taylor and Hank Taylor; his great grandchildren, Callie, Robbie and Meredith; and his pets, Luke and Kitney.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Central United Methodist Church of Albemarle, or the Albemarle High School Boosters Club.
