She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphus Talmadge and Nellie Castevens Bobbitt; her husband James Earl Collins; and her siblings, Walter, Talmadge, David Bobbitt, Margaret Tarlton and Sue Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Earl "Bob" Collins (Mary) of Hudson, MA and Carolyn Collins Edwards (Doug) of Mount Pleasant; her son-in-law Harold Thompson of Norwood; her granddaughter Joy Rienknecht (Jim); her great grandchildren, Casey and Emily of Howell, NJ; her grandson James Collins (Marcia); her great grandchild Santiago of Arundel, ME; her grandson Aaron Edwards (Amanda) of Kannapolis; and her sister Carol Wright (Walter) of Aberdeen.
