We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2019, at the age of 52, Latissua Jean Hartsell (Albemarle, North Carolina), born in Concord, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Hartsell of Albemarle, NC; her daughters, Keely Yow and Nicole Dixon; her parents, J. C. Page (Alice) and Gloretta Morgan (Arnold); and her siblings, Angie Morgan (Gary) and Chad Morgan (Christy). She is also survived by three granddaughters and one special grandson.

Memorials may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church, 28699 Millingport Rd. Albemarle, NC 28001.
