He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Raymond Jordan and Nettie Elizabeth Pittman Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Cleo E. Jordan; his children, Lisa Watts of Huntersville, Lance Jordan of Locust and Lorne Jordan of Albemarle; his sister Barbara Jordan of Goldsboro; and his grandchildren, Lane Jordan of Atlanta, Landon Jordon of Atlanta, Reed Thompson of Huntersville, Lindsey Rebecca Jordan and Brianna Jordan of Kannapolis.
