She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lafayette Johnson and Bonnie Jean Willis Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jay Julius; her children, Dylan Koufax Curtis of Houston, TX, Jessica Jean Curtis of Houston, TX and Sara Siobahn Dawson of Houston, TX; her sisters, Karen Bohentin of Mobile, AL, Lori Keplinger of Oakboro, Donna McNeil of Golden, CO and Kathy Little of Oakboro; and her grandchildren, Lyndi Yurt, Kaytlyn Trickett, Jason Kashinski, Ayva Harvey and Braiden Curtis. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
