It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Howard (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on January 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Isabelle Tucker Howard; his son David Howard (Tina); his sibling Paula Howard Saunders; and also, April Hughey and Cale Hughey (Nikki). He was also cherished by three granddaughters and two great-granddaughters.
