She was predeceased by: her parents, Crowell Marshall and Ethel Carrie West; her husband David Preston Lowder; and her siblings, Grover Robert West, Eula Belle Burris, Ruby Kimmer, Hampton West, Cecil Bob West and Hubert Ray West.
She is survived by: her children, Myron Lowder (Nancy) of New London, Judith Harrell (Carl) of Mechanicsville, VA and Emily Cornelius (Dan) of East Bend, NC; and her grandchildren, Barbara Mann, Douglas Lowder (Traci), Robert Mann (Shelly), Matthew Lowder (Rinnette) and Sarah Hahne (Brian). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
