It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Hurlocker McGee (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albern Walter Hurlocker and Mary Surrilla Lowder Hurlocker of Albemarle; her sisters, Marie Jones (William Bain Jones, Sr.) and Martha Bledsoe (Louis Adams Bledsoe, Jr.); and her grandparents, Roland Dathie, Elizabeth Rebecca Bowers Lowder of Stanly County, NC, George Jackson Hurlocker and Catherine Evann Isenhour Hurlocker of Cabarrus County, NC..
She is survived by: her husband James Conrad "J. C."; her children, James Walter McGee (Yvonne) of Taylors, SC, Dr. Timothy Conrad McGee (Joan) of Lenoir, NC and Constance Rebecca McGee Mabe (Steve) of Walnut Cove, NC; and her grandchildren, Julie McGee Nix, Stephen McGee, Hunter McGee, Christopher McGee and Casey McGee. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
