Margie Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Smith of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Travis Houston Bowers and Ollie Hunsucker Bowers; her husband Roy Allen Smith; and her siblings, Clifton, Fred, Walter and Helen.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Lambert (Kenneth); her grandsons, Christopher Smith (Meredith) and Jeremy Smith (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Reid, Roy, Rakya and Samuel Smith; and her pet Jazzie.
A public viewing will be held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle, family will not be present due to Covid concerns.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital (http://www.donate.lovetotherescue.org) and Humane Society of Stanly Co. (http://www.stanlycountyhumanesociety.org).
