She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Jerome Jenkins and Mary Haywood Jenkins; her husband John Louis Morris; her son William Louis Morris; and her brothers, Benjamin Jenkins, James Jenkins, John Jenkins and Rev. Henry Jenkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Norma Mabry (Dwight) of Stanfield; her granddaughters, Yvette Godwin (Scott) of Stanfield and Erica Godwin (Paul) of Locust; her great grandchildren, Hannah Griffin (Jeffrey) of Stanfield, Abby Godwin, Andrew Godwin and Will Godwin; her great great grandchild Eliza Jane Griffin; and her siblings, Hazel Blake (Don) of Mt. Gilead and Robert Jenkins of Biscoe. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
