It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millie Owens of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Steen and Lilly Mae Steen; and her siblings, Clyde Steen, Harland Lee Steen (Pete), Gary Curtis Steen, Mary Ruth Steen and Katie Mae Steen.
She is survived by: her sons, Junior Owens and Stanley Sullivan (Vickie); and her siblings, Billy Wayne Steen, Joseph C. Steen, Johnny Frank Steen and Peggy Sue McDaniel. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
