He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray Chandler and Nola Marie Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Chandler of Albemarle, NC; and his children, Ray Farrell Chandler, Jr. (Tonya) of New London, NC and Lori Austin (Burnie) of Badin, NC. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
