He is survived by: his children, Ritchie Gordon, Rusty Gordon of Norwood, Rocky Gordon (Yashiba) of Badin, Joe Smith (Renee) of Winston-Salem, Richard Bernard Smith of Thomasville, Victoria Miller (Chris) of Norwood and Cathy Hines of Greensboro; his sisters, Shirlene Collins of Norwood, Barbara Switzer (Hubert) of Charlotte and Vanessa Herring (James) of Ocala, FL; and his great grandchild Les Young of Norwood. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
