He is survived by: his wife Rita Morris Morgan of Albemarle; his children, Jimmy Herrin (Camella) of Harrisburg, Randy Herrin (Mandy) of Huntersville, NC and Kim Brown (Doug) of Albemarle; his brothers, Craig Morgan (Lydia) of Albemarle, Terry Morgan (Pam) of Albemarle and David Morgan (Mellanie) of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Zachary Brown (Ashley), Natalie Keith (Ryan), Kaitlin Helms (Chris), Whitney Hesley (Ben), Ashley Herrin, Mackenzie Brown and Marshall Herrin; and his great grandchildren, Rory Hesley, Lucas Hesley, Gabriel Keith and Connor Keith.
