It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne Phillips (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on May 23, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dot, Donna and Oscar; and her granddaughter April Dawn White. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Ray Phillips; her brother James Hinson (Lynn Lovins); her stepdaughter Judy Hatley (David); her niece Betty Driscoll; her great-niece Tia Driscoll; her granddaughter Sarah Lopez (Marino); her great grandchild Stephanie Dawn Lopez; and her friend Peggy Lowder.
