With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Edward Mills (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on December 28, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mills and Pearl Mills of Union County; and his sisters, Barbara Mills and Judy Love. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, John Mills of Bakersville, NC, Jeff Mills (Lisa) of Midland, NC and Jody Mills (Cristy) of Monroe, NC.; and his grandchildren, Wendy Mills, Eric Mills, Gregory Mills, Brandy Cain (Mathew), Logan Mills, Leah Mills and Ivy Mills.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Edward to Hospice of Stanly & the Uwharrie, 960 N. First Street, Albemarle, NC 28001.
