It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Burleson of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wilford Hatley and Ruth Coggin Hatley; her husband Max Newell Burleson; and her brother Blythe Hatley. She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Funderburk (Eddie) of Norwood and Sherry Dennis of Albemarle; her grandchildren, Carli Butler, Abby Mullis, Dr. Jarrod Dennis (Susan) and Ryan Dennis (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Laney Butler, Lily Mullis, Eli Dye, Renee Dye, Amelia Dennis, Ava Dennis, Lucas Dennis, Ellie Kate Dennis and Jones Dennis.
