He is survived by: his mother Janice Garmon Trivette; his wife Karen Christy of Albemarle; his sons, Jordan Christy and Kobe Christy (Riley); his siblings, Amy Christy (Debbie), Chris Christy and Jay Christy (Michelle); his mother-in-law Carolyn Eudy; his siblings' children, Brittany Christy, Jacob Christy and James Dean Christy; his great-niece Ella Harwood; and his great-nephew Kol Weatherly.
